Founded in early 2020 and focused on deeper dives into specific transportation issues critical to the Baltimore-Washington Region, BWTRG is regional-facing but global and holistic in its approach. Understanding there are no longer any discrete single-issue questions left in the transportation realm is key to designing successful projects. Mass transportation systems are now (correctly) recognized as the very ilife-giving architecture integrating a region’s economic, social and geographic systems. Recognition of that complexity is the guiding force behind every thing that we do. Researchers, planners, community members, elected leaders, lobbyists and advocates, we bring them all to the table - in the name of better regional connectivity, and a better world.
